i can teach you fujiline-chan..(^_^),

i made mine in a photoshop setting,

i haven't posted the others i made..

do you have a PC at home?

i'll give you a download of a photoshop,

but it's not adobe, but some how the same..(^_^)

our banner is approximately 700x300 in size.
first create a new transparent image and type the size..
then you can insert any anime image there,
then add some effects...
if you want a GIF image, try using create new animation..
you can fix the image effects by layers,(^_^)...
